The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos per transaction. oki bet does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your oki bet account are your own personal funds, derived from legitimate sources, and not proceeds of any criminal activity. oki bet is required under AMLA to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
All transactions on the oki bet Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). oki bet does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT), conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
oki bet processes approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 15 to 30 minutes under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day depending on interbank clearing schedules.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 Philippine Pesos. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

oki bet reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed at odds or game conditions that deviate materially from the correct market values due to a technical error, a pricing error, or an obvious mistake. Players will be notified and refunded the voided stake amount in such circumstances.
Bets placed on events or outcomes already decided at the time of placement — including in-play bets submitted with a material latency advantage — may be voided at oki bet's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oki bet Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
oki bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any other reason oki bet determines warrants such action. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, oki bet may retain the balance to offset losses caused by the breach.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting oki bet customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed or the bonus voluntarily forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oki bet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their oki bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oki bet shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from Platform unavailability, game errors that are corrected under Section 9, or events outside oki bet's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions on gaming operations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through oki bet's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's Player Complaints mechanism, as applicable.
oki bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, and updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the oki bet Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
